Allegations about this man, 341 Pizza franchise and his wife were simply not true.
The media hates truth. When the crown realized that the prosecutors had witnesses who all lied, they told the judge something to the effect of ... "we believe we cannot get a conviction so we would not pursue further action".
WOW! What kind of court in Canada acquits a criminal because the prosecutor believes no court will put the criminal in jail? The Toronto journalist who released the story were all disgraced and realized they had destroyed an innocent man to the public.
They destroyed a man's reputation by making people tell the exact same story ONLY FOR A VIDEO TO SURFACE WHERE ALL OF THEM WITH THEIR FAMILIES ACTUALLY WERE HAPPY SIGNING FRANCHISE DOCUMENTS.
It was such a disaster in the court the judge could not believe how detectives and prosecutors could do such a terrible job at making an innocent man look evil in the eyes of Canadians.
But the media could not carry on with the story they wanted. They could not apologize either because the laws in Canada allows any media to start a story and just discontinue it if they realize they go it wrong with zero repercussions.
Ask yourself this question .. how can any prosecutor let a criminal go free when there is evidence?
How can someone create fake franchises and still be allowed to do business in Canada.
Before you believe anything ask the media, WHY DIDN'T THEY SHOW ALL THE COURT TRANSCRIPT.
When you see the transcripts OH .. MY GOD ... you will be mad at how they treated RESA ANTHONY SOLHI an innocent man very badly.

In conclusion:
Anthony Resa SOLHI is innocent. The witnesses all lied not knowing there was a recorded video which made them ashamed in court including the prosecutor. The dropped all charges. The media could not make it a big news because they had already disgraced this man on TV and in the dailies. Instead they posted a tiny article and that was it.
SHAME ON CANADA MEDIA ... LIES LIES LIES.
